Last10 Pro x64 2017.07 RS2 is based on an up to date Vanilla OS ran through NTLite with only minor removal of some un-needed Non English Items, obscure printer drivers and Retail Demonstration files. it was then installed with Dot.Net 3.5, ALL Runtimes including C++, C# etc, DirectX9, Common Game fonts/runtimes and Windows Live + XNA pre-integrated. As Windows 10 is mainly excelling at Games, that is where I focused my time, I never removed Store or any default Modern Apps, but I also haven't tweaked these at all as I do NOT use any of them personally.

I was having issues getting Windows Defender to re-enable itself at the end of the install, if this occurs open the "X:\Apps\Fix Defender (Requires Reboot).reg" with UAC enabled else it can not elevate to Administrator to change the keys. I don't like to run Defender as it chews up the hardware slowing the software, but some people will require it to keep their PC protected, this is the only fool proof way to fix the issue.

I have ran out of time to spend working on things, so instead of offering nothing, I am sharing this build, it isn't fully complete, but may be useful for some.

Below are the options included in ssWPI, you do not need to install (DirectX Runtimes 9.0c Complete v9.29.1962, Gamers Runtimes Lite v2.2, MS Visual Runtimes AIO 2017.06.15, MSXML 4.0 SP3 Parser 4.30.21170) as they are fully integrated with the OS, but they are included as essential items to have with your PC repair toolkit;
